Background checks that require fingerprints will be performed by appointment ONLY. This service is open to Middletown residents ONLY. Please contact the Records Office at 401-846-1144 ext. 7077 or firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment. Fingerprints will be performed Friday morning from 9:00-10:00.
